Management and the right leadership is the key to creating Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). This is for companies that care about creating an impact in the world while making a profit. Companies caring about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) excel more because of the reputation and impact they create which can eventually lead to more sales and profit. However, management is not the only piece of the puzzle. Individuals need to learn the necessary skills and mindsets to make this transition happen.
